If you wish to return any product purchased on our website you can follow the instructions on the return note provided in your order or download it here. You can return any item that you ordered online within 30 days from the date you received your order. All Shipping costs of any returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment of returns:
We recommend that a recorded delivery, registered post or any local equivalent is used and to also obtain a receipt for your return package.This can be used to track the item(s) you are returning should the package for some reason not arrive at our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot accept liability for returned goods that never reaches the warehouse or are damaged during their return. In all cases, except where an item is faulty, the item(s) returned must be in their original and saleable condition. All packaging and labelling must also be included. Once we receive your item back in our warehouse we will issue a refund to the value of the item returned. Upon receipt at our warehouse, standard inspection checks will be carried out in conjunction with the reason specified on the return note. Once approved we will send you a confirmation email and a refund will be processed which can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account.
NOTE: If for any reason you have not received your refund then please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, at this moment in time, we do not offer exchanges. Should you require a different size or item, please return the original for a refund and you can then place another order for the new item.
On the rare occasion that your item(s) do not conform to your original order, we will refund your initial delivery charge and arrange for a collection for the incorrectly delivered item(s). If the damage to faulty item(s) are deemed to be caused by the customer, no refund for item(s), delivery charge or return postage will be made. Branded Sports Merchandising cannot accept liability nor take responsibility for any bank or customs charges that you may have incurred from time of ordering to when we have refunded your returned item(s).
